fastest-growing companies in the state.

companies were judged on a four-year sales
history. Eligible companies must be
privately held, headquartered in Virginia
and have sales between $200,000 and $100
million.

Atlantic Vinyl was No. 42 on the list. The
company, founded in 1996, is based off U.S.
1 just north of Massaponax Church Road in
Spotsylvania. The company makes outdoor
vinyl products including fencing, railing
and decking.
